Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per cat and $50 per dog 
One-time Pet Fee: $350 per pet

The weight limit is 50 lbs, and the following breed restrictions apply: American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Rottweiler, Doberman, Mastiff, German Shepherd, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, any mixes including these breeds, and any others designated by management.
